Amanda is a Colorado native and animal lover who has always had an interest in healthcare. From the time she was ten she knew she would be involved in a health related field. When Amanda finished high school she worked as a vet assistant and doggy day camp counselor for several years. Working with veterinarians was a great introduction into medicine, but over time she couldn't ignore the calling towards human health anymore and found her way to the Denver School of Massage Therapy where she received 815 hours of training. She graduated in 2014 but has never stopped learning and expanding her massage skills. Amanda pulls elements from her many trainings in order for each client to receive what they need to achieve their health goals. She is trained in many modalities such as Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Sports, Reflexology, Thai, Kinesiology Taping and more. She loves working with athletes, chronic pain sufferers, and people dedicated to their health and wellbeing. Amanda is honored to join the Foothills team and continue to grow as a therapist.
