How does the monthly AutoPay plan work?
We offer a 6-month plan that continues month-to-month afterwards — six months are required, and after that either you or Foothills can cancel any time. Once you provide your payment information, you'll be automatically charged for your first visit on the first business day of each month. That visit can be used any time within the month, and if you need additional visits in the same month, the price does not increase.
Do package visits expire?
No. All package visits are purchased up front, can be used at any time, and never expire. Our 10-visit family packages can also be shared between members of your household.
Do you take my insurance?
We accept most major insurance, including Anthem, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Optum, Rocky Mountain Health Plans, Denver Health and Bright Health. Coverage varies by plan, so please call us at (303) 278-8188 and we'll verify your benefits before your visit.
What happens at a new patient appointment?
Your new patient appointment is $65 and includes the initial exam plus a session of the service you choose. You can save time by printing and completing your intake packet before you arrive — the forms are on our contact page.
Who do you treat?
All ages. Dr. Cari accepts and works with patients of all ages, including infants, children, adults, and pregnant women. Treatments are modified to meet the needs of each patient.
