Dry Needling/Functional Dry Needling is a treatment doctors use for muscular tightness and spasms which commonly follows injuries and often accompanies the degenerative processes of a chronically painful condition and dysfunction. Dry Needling works by inserting small filament needles into a contracted, painfully knotted muscle causing the muscle to twitch. This twitch reflex is both diagnostic and therapeutic as it is the first step in breaking the pain cycle.

Allergies are unusual sensitivities to environmental factors such as: foods, drugs, water, fabrics, chemicals, plants and animals, among many others. Whatever the factor is, it is often harmless to most people. To other people, it’s a substance the body sees as a threat, triggering a response that leads to inflammation, pain, headaches, "brain-fog" and other discomforts. To determine sensitivities, muscle strength testing is used. Then, individual allergies can be eliminated by activating acupressure points along the spine and extremities.

Packages can help to lower the cost of your visits and give you more control over your visits. All visits are purchased up-front and visits can be used at any time and never expire. We offer 6-visit and 10-visit family packages* of chiropractic adjustments and acupunture, and 3-visit packa​ges of massage therapy, NET (Neuro-Emotional Technique) and Allergy Elimination.

We offer three (3) types of monthly AutoPay plans: 6-month, 12-month, and 6-month with month-to-month (6 months are required, afterwards the plan will switch to month-to-month up. You or Foothills can cancel any time after 6 months).
With these plans, once you provide your payment information, you will be automatically charged for your first visit on the first business day of each month. That first visit can be used at any time within the month. If you need additional visits within the same month, the price will not increase.
